Cancellation Policy

The mandatory booking retainer for Photography Sessions is nonrefundable. Dates/session times are only reserved and guaranteed after the non-refundable booking retainer is paid. I will not begin the photoshoot until the session is paid for in full. I will allow a thirty-minute grace period for a client to show up to their session. After the thirty-minutes, I will consider a client a no-show, the session will be terminated, and the client will need to reschedule. This is a binding agreement. Any retainer and/or fees paid by the client are considered earned upon paying the invoice and no amounts paid by the client will be refunded, even if the client cancels, is a no-show or postpones the session or changes the date or time of the session. Above all, I have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not agree to my policies. Please refer to my policy tab on my website to read fully policy details.
